Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is what most would call a traditional massage.  It involves long, kneading strokes as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes on the topmost layers of muscles.  It also can include movement of the joints.  By relieving muscle tension, Swedish massage can be both relaxing and energizing.  My Swedish massage includes face, scalp, neck, shoulders, hands, arms, legs, feet, back and buttocks.  You may modify your massage if there are any areas you do not want to be massaged.

Craniosacral Massage

Craniosacral massage was one of my passions in massage school!  Craniosacral massage involves the skull and spine.  It is a very subtle and yet very effective technique in relaxing the body and mind.

Chair Massage

This is a condensed massage done in a specially designed massage chair with the client fully dressed.  It includes massage on the back, arms, hands, neck and scalp.  This can be done at my office, at your home or at your workplace.  Chair massage is an excellent way for employers to give their employees an extra boost of gratitude for a job well done or for going the extra mile during a big project.  I’m also happy to come give chair massages at a party you are throwing or other special event.

Youth Massage

My experience has shown that most children benefit beautifully from a 30 minute massage.  Their bodies are smaller and typically they do not build up as much tension in their muscles and therefore do not usually need a full 60 minutes to reap the benefits of massage.  I am more than happy to work a full hour on any child that needs that level of attention.

$35 for 30 minutes
$70 for 60 minutes

Travel Fee

(I only charge the travel fee once for a location so even if I’m massaging two or more people at one home, it’s still only $20.  For example, if a couple were both getting a massage at their home, the cost would be $70 x 2 = $140 + $20 travel fee = $160)

If you would like for me to come to your home, I am happy to come to you for the travel fee which compensates me for my travel time and gas.  If you live more than 10 miles from Beavercreek, Ohio and would like me to come to your home, please call or text me, (937) 409-6279, and I can give you a quote.

I have a massage room at the back of Indigo Yoga, 3979 Indian Ripple Road, Unit B, in Beavercreek and I also have a home office, both of which are less than 10 minutes from 675 at The Greene.  All new clients must have a phone conversation with me before an online appointment is confirmed.

The Benefits of

Massage

The benefits of massage are quite extensive. It helps with the circulation of blood and lymph, which in turn helps oxygenate tissues all over the body, distribute nutrients to each cell and support the efficient removal of waste. Massage helps increase mobility and flexibility. It can improve muscle tone and body awareness. Massage eases muscular tension as well as psychological tension and can provide deep relaxation. It can increase metabolism, be a source of pain management and reduce anxiety and depression as well as promote a sense of relaxation, mental clarity and renewed energy.
